Lockstraps Locking Tie-Down | 15131

Lockstraps locking tie-down. A reliable tie-down and theft security in one neat package for securing your Garden Equipment, Powersports, ATVs, Marine, large tools, etc. Two hardened-steel, combination-locking carabiners are at the end of an 8.5-foot soft extension strap that won't scratch your equipment, vehicle or trailer. Set your own combination and change it any time you want. All you need is a ballpoint pen. The strap is hardy against abrasion with an eight-stranded, braided, stainless steel cable inside the full length of the strap, and theft is further deterred with thickset galvanized-steel rivets that have a 1,200-lb. working load.
